Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Item To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought on Sale or during clearance events.

  • Personal care, hygiene, or customized products.

4. The Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately with photo/video proof if you receive a damaged product.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
